    “After one of your service technicians working here noticed that I was coughing/sneezing, he recommended that I speak with you regarding a whole-house air filtration system. I followed up. When you inspected my heat/air system, you discovered the only four-year-old system was filthy. As I am strict filter-change person, I could not understand why the system was dirty. You noticed that the flooring(particle board) had deteriorated and the air handling system was sending this material throughout the house; you further noticed that the fresh air intake from outside was actually bringing in air from a dusty attic. On top of this, your service tech realized the carbon monoxide was not being properly vented to the exterior because of inferior ducts and installation done at the time I purchased the unit! What a catastrophe. I feel fortunate to be alive! Your company took the H/A unit outside, disassembled, cleaned, and relined the panels with new insulation. In the meantime, you replaced the particle board flooring with wood. And, your guys also lined the compartment under the H/A unit with a plastic material to have a completely clean space for air to travel between the air filter to the furnace intake.You then installed the unit again with 1) new electrostatic air filter, 2) new air purification system. Plus you replaced the monoxide exhaust vent, cleaned the whole-house ducting system. During all this work with several technicians moving about, they always kept the worksite tidy and clean; tools picked up; were kind and courteous to me. Give them my thanks. For all this, I say to you, “THANK YOU.” It feels wonderful to me to have a H/A company I can trust.”

I have even asked other companies techs what they do in maintenance check and they SHRUG! The a/c we have was annually maintained by the original installer(York) & when we purchased the house, we paid York EVERY year for maintenance, BUT had multiple problems (and repair fees) for a/c not draining properly! My wife and I were amazed at the professionalism of these two individuals, both in knowledge and pride of workmanship. The work area was always kept clean, and they both made sure that any debris generated was disposed of immediately. We were unaware of any dust generated as they were prepared to deal with it. They both wore floor protectors when inside the home, and were extremely careful not to damage walls or ceilings. Also all replaced equipment was properly removed and hauled away.     “As you know, I recently had a new Amana air conditioner and heat pump installed by one of your two-man crews, Robert and Juan. I am writing to you to tell you what a great job they did two weeks ago when they did the installation. Each time I had a question they stopped what they were doing and took time to answer it. My nephew who is a mechanical engineer just happened to call while Juan and Robert were working. My nephew went into protective mode, asking me all kinds of questions about the specifications on the unit, the type of Freon being used, etc. That’s when I went outside and asked Juan about the energy efficiency quotient on the Amana, and he had all the answers. After I went inside, I told my nephew on the phone that I was sure that we had the most professionally skilled team possible.     “Recently your company bailed me out of two bad spots. First, on a Friday night after dark I called for help. I was being threatened by a group of girls because the AC had gone out in our Guest House. I made the call and the answering service contacted Adrian who called me right away. I was in Kerrville and had sent him in all alone to the angry sorority girls. Of course it was going to be in the 70’s that night but they refused to open the windows and deal with it. Anyway, Adrian arrived to find the unit low on freon so he juiced it up and got us through the night. This repair saved me some certain grief on the internet from this bunch so thanks to Adrian for making the call, fighting his way through the dark down Keyserville Rd. and saving the night! As you know the result of the leak meant a new unit for the house. At the first of the week (Easter week) we did not have any bookings but as it were to be a last minute booking came in for the weekend. Revenue we desperately need to help pay for you know a new air conditioner! On what could have been a day off, Miguel and Hugo came to save the day this time. They arrived in the AM with guests on the way and swiftly and professionally changed out the old unit. It amazes me how that much construction can go on and not a drop of dust or trash left behind. Just the fact that he had to come up to Mason on Christmas Eve to help us with our heating situation was reason enough to write and say a huge thank you. But it goes further than that…because I had a flat tire in Fredericksburg we had to have Bill let himself in our house in Mason and figure out what was going on with out us being there, a job that he performed brilliantly, with him leaving a detailed report for us AND turning back on our alarm.
