Permitted & Code-Compliant
Every install is 100% code-compliant and permitted. No shortcuts that turn into a failed inspection — or a denied insurance claim — years later.
Aeroseal Duct Sealing
Hand-sealing works where a technician can physically reach the joint. In most Hill Country homes that is a small fraction of the system — the rest runs through walls, floors and buried attic insulation where nobody is getting a brush and a bucket of mastic.
Aeroseal works from the inside instead. The duct system is pressurised and a sealant aerosol is introduced; as air escapes through a leak it carries particles that build up at the edges and close the gap. The equipment measures leakage continuously, so you see the number fall in real time and get a report at the end.
What to Watch For
Especially where access is the problem.
No practical access for manual sealing.
If sealing what you can reach did not fix it, the leaks are elsewhere.
Equipment fine, delivery lossy.
Common here, and effectively unreachable by hand.
What We Do
Measured, sealed, measured again — and you get the report.
How It Works
The right answer depends on your home — so we start there.
We look at how your home is actually built and used before recommending equipment. The same product is right in one house and wrong next door.
You get honest options and written pricing, including the option of doing nothing yet if that is the right call.
Permitted where required, installed to manufacturer spec, and tested before we hand it over.
We confirm it performs the way we said it would, and we are local if anything needs attention later.
Every install is 100% code-compliant and permitted. No shortcuts that turn into a failed inspection — or a denied insurance claim — years later.
Our trucks carry the parts the Hill Country actually needs, so most repairs are finished on the first visit instead of waiting on a return trip.
You approve the price before we start. No surprises on the invoice, and no overtime premium for nights or weekends.
Our work is backed in writing. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
A 100-degree August afternoon and a February hard freeze do not keep business hours. Neither do we.

Aeroseal duct sealing is priced based on your home’s size, the condition of your ductwork, and how complex your system is. Most homeowners can expect to pay anywhere from $1,500 to $4,000 for a typical home, though larger or more complex systems can reach $6,000 or more. Several factors influence the total cost:
Aeroseal is often more efficient than traditional duct sealing because it seals leaks from the inside, including areas that are hard to reach manually. The process typically includes pre-testing, sealing, and post-testing to verify results. For homeowners in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and surrounding areas, sealing ducts can improve airflow, increase energy efficiency, and reduce strain on your HVAC system. The most accurate way to get pricing is through a professional evaluation, since every home’s duct system is different.
Aeroseal is a modern method of sealing air leaks in your duct system from the inside, without needing to tear into walls, ceilings, or ductwork. Instead of manually sealing ducts, the process uses a specialized machine to push a fine mist of sealant through your system. The sealant particles travel through the ducts and stick to the edges of leaks, sealing them over time. Here’s how the process works:
This method can seal leaks that are difficult or impossible to reach with traditional duct sealing. In homes across Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and the Texas Hill Country, duct leaks can lead to uneven temperatures, higher energy bills, and reduced comfort. Aeroseal offers a way to improve system performance without major disruption to your home. It’s often used as part of a larger effort to improve airflow, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Leaky ductwork doesn’t just waste energy, it can also pull in dust, insulation particles, and other contaminants from areas like attics, crawl spaces, or wall cavities. When your ducts are sealed, those unwanted pollutants are kept out of your airflow. Here’s how duct sealing helps improve air quality:
In many homes across the Texas Hill Country, ductwork runs through hot, dusty attic spaces. If there are leaks, your system can pull in that air and circulate it throughout your home. Sealing ducts helps ensure the air you’re breathing is coming through your filtration system, not from unconditioned spaces. 72 Degrees Texas can inspect your ductwork and recommend sealing solutions to help homeowners in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and surrounding areas improve both comfort and indoor air quality.
Professional duct sealing addresses hidden air leaks that can impact your home’s comfort, efficiency, and air quality. When ducts leak, conditioned air escapes into areas like attics or crawl spaces, forcing your HVAC system to work harder than necessary. Here are the key benefits of professional duct sealing:
In the Texas Hill Country, where ductwork is often exposed to extreme attic heat, sealing leaks can make a noticeable difference in both comfort and system performance. Professional sealing methods, including advanced options like Aeroseal, can reach areas that are difficult to access and provide long-lasting results. 72 Degrees Texas helps homeowners in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and surrounding areas improve their HVAC system performance with expert duct sealing solutions tailored to their home.
Air duct cleaning requires more than basic tools. 72 Degrees Texas uses specialized equipment designed to clean your duct system thoroughly without damaging it. Professional cleaning typically involves:
These techniques allow technicians to reach deep into your duct system and remove contaminants that standard cleaning methods can’t address.
