Permitted & Code-Compliant
Every install is 100% code-compliant and permitted. No shortcuts that turn into a failed inspection — or a denied insurance claim — years later.
Plumbing Fixtures
Most fixture calls are not really about the fixture. Hill Country water is hard, and the parts that move — cartridges, valve seats, fill valves, spray diverters — take the wear long before the brass or the porcelain does. A faucet that drips or a toilet that runs is usually a part, not a replacement.
Replacement earns its keep when the finish has gone, the body is cracked, or the supply lines and shut-offs behind it are still the ones the builder fitted. We tell you which of those you are looking at before any work starts, and the price is agreed up front either way.
What to Watch For
Most are small. Two are not.
A worn cartridge or valve seat. Parts, not a new faucet.
A flapper or a fill valve. It is metered water either way.
Scale in the aerator or the spray head. Usually a same-visit fix.
A supply line, a trap or the shut-off. Catch it before the floor does.
Water is getting past the seal and into the subfloor. This one does not wait.
What We Do
Repair first, replacement when that is the honest answer.
Every install is 100% code-compliant and permitted. No shortcuts that turn into a failed inspection — or a denied insurance claim — years later.
Our trucks carry the parts the Hill Country actually needs, so most repairs are finished on the first visit instead of waiting on a return trip.
You approve the price before we start. No surprises on the invoice, and no overtime premium for nights or weekends.
Our work is backed in writing. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
A 100-degree August afternoon and a February hard freeze do not keep business hours. Neither do we.

Most fixtures are worth repairing. The body of a good faucet, or a sound toilet, will outlast several sets of internal parts, and a cartridge, flapper or fill valve costs a fraction of a replacement. On Hill Country water those parts wear faster than they would elsewhere, which is why a fixture can need attention two or three times in its life without ever needing to be replaced.
Replacement makes sense when the finish has failed, the body is cracked or corroded, or the fixture is a builder-grade unit whose parts are no longer made. We will tell you which case you are in before any work begins, and price both options where both are real.
Water across Fredericksburg, Kerrville and Boerne carries a high mineral load, and that mineral deposits steadily inside aerators, spray heads, cartridges and valve seats. What presents as weak pressure at a single fixture is usually a restriction you can unscrew and hold in your hand.
Cleaning or swapping the aerator fixes the symptom. If it keeps coming back across several fixtures, the water itself is the thing to address — a softener or conditioner does more for the whole house than servicing fixtures one at a time.
A quality faucet body will run fifteen to twenty years, and a toilet considerably longer — the porcelain itself rarely fails. What does not last that long are the working parts. Cartridges, seals, flappers and fill valves are consumables, and on hard water they sit at the shorter end of their range.
Supply lines and angle stops deserve their own mention. They are the parts most likely to be original to the house, they are hidden inside the cabinet, and they are the ones that cause damage when they let go. We check them whenever we are under a sink.
Yes. If you have chosen a faucet, sink, toilet or shower set yourself, we will fit it and stand behind our work. The one thing we ask is that you open the box and check the contents before the appointment — a missing part or the wrong rough-in size is the most common reason an installation cannot be finished in a single visit.
The manufacturer’s warranty on the fixture stays with the manufacturer. Our written guarantee covers the installation.
