We have been in Fredericksburg since 1986, and nearly forty years in one small market only works if people trust the diagnosis. That makes the job simpler: figure out what is actually wrong, explain it plainly, quote it fairly, and do the work properly. What You Can Expect From Us

Recommend what the customer needs. Nobody is going to question you for talking someone out of a replacement.

Cameras, meters, jetters and stocked vans. Being asked to do skilled work with inadequate equipment is demoralising and we know it.

You will know the dispatcher and the owner by name, and they will know your work.

Apprentice to licensed, licensed to lead. We would rather promote than recruit.

Questions About Working Here
Do I need to be licensed already?
Not necessarily. We hire licensed HVAC technicians and Master and Journeyman plumbers, and we also take on apprentices who want to earn their hours with us. Tell us where you are and we will be straight about what is available.
What is the on-call rota like?
We answer 24/7, so on-call is real. It rotates across the team, it is compensated, and it is not dumped on the newest person. You will know your weeks well in advance.
Do you pay for continuing education and licence renewal?
Yes. Certification, continuing education and licence renewal are paid for. Keeping people current is cheaper than replacing them.
Do you hire from outside the Hill Country?
We do, and people relocate here regularly. Talk to us about what the move would involve.
