The Service Technician (Darrell) was incredibly knowledgable about the a/c unit and promptly identified and corrected the issue. During the repair, Darrell made the effort to keep inform the homeowner informed as to his repair progress. 72 Degrees A/C staff always call and notify the homeowner as to when the A/C Tech will arrive; and they always arrive on time. On Thursday afternoon we had an

Joey did a great job of getting our unit up and running. Our unit is over 20 years old and we are getting it replaced. The next few days are going to very hot so while we work out the details of getting a new unit, Joey took the time to help us out and make sure the old unit is good.

We will be using them for all of our future needs.

This was the third time we had business with 72 Degrees. Once as an "emergency" when our unit kept throwing its breaker on Christmas eve. The second time was strictly on the phone dealing with the receptionist who graciously answered all our questions and set us up for routine maintenance. Thirdly, our spring system inspection. Wow, never have we ever had such a through system inspection. Christian didn't miss a thing. Afterwards, he gave us a detailed run down of the condition of each and every aspect of or system. Very professional, very through. Could not be happier with the service we have received from 72 Degrees. Definitely recommend

Darryl did scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system today. First, he called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very kind. He educated me about cleaning outside condenser fins, filter use, and UV protection. He did so without any high pressure sales.
