My house wasn't getting very cool and I had the thermostat set very low. Joey was my technician. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did a thorough search on my air conditioner unit. He looked at the outside unit, looked in the attic at the unit there, and looked at the thermostat. He told me I needed freon. He put freon in the unit and it started cooling down right away. I even turned the thermostat up as it was getting so cool in my house! The system is getting older as shown by the rusted evaporator coil. I wanted to talk to someone about the possibility of getting a new unit installed instead of putting more money into an old unit. Joey called the office and set a meeting for me to talk with someone who could help me. He was so nice to do that for me. I trusted Joey completely as he explained everything about my unit and what would be needed in a small amount of time. I'm very grateful for all his time and patience with me. I live alone and have no family to help me concerning an air conditioner. 72 Degrees has always been very helpful and come when I need them. I appreciate Joey and 72 Degrees for all their help.

72° air conditioning and heating unit and plumbing. The rep came to my house today. His name was Austin and he was a wonderful benefit for your company. He’s got a personality to die for and you will love to talk to him and he will explain everything that goes with your units.

Called 72Degrees for a/c inspection and work. They came exactly as scheduled. Christian’s the tech was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He far surpassed anything other a/c companies did in previous visits. The old adage that you get what you paid for does not apply to these folks. Well worth the call!!
