Financing was provided. Also provided temporary cooling units until replacement of a new AC unit installed was completed within the same week. After the hottest day of the year I realized my air conditioner had stopped cooling. It was nighttime so I waited until 8 am to call. I was told a technician would be calling me back between 8:30 and 10 am. I had a call back by 8:30 and a technician at my house by 9 am. By 9:15 Christian had diagnosed the capacitor was bad and it was replaced by 9:30 and my house was cool by 9:45. Christian was a very polite and knowledgeable young man and willing to answer any questions I had. 72 Degrees is definitely a company I would recommend for any AC issues.
