Had my annual check up today Done by David Davidson. He arrived promptly and began checking everything out. Replaced liner on A/C Unit in attic. Explained what he did and why. Was very kind and courteous and was knowledgeable about his job. Would recommend him to others and would gladly welcome him back to my home again.

The tech was excellent. Arrived on time, Very informative, listened to our issues and corrected them. Very impressed.

The repair guy was on time and did a great job cleaning our mini-split, however, the price of $800 for this service is highway robbery! I could see $400, but $800???
At least it's clean. Overall, good service.

Our rental guests would be arriving for their Memorial Day Sunday/Monday weekend stay at our Fredericksburg TX house in the country when our cleaners called me and said there was no water in the entire house. I called 72 Degrees AC/Heating and plumbing and because we are members a licensed plumber was quickly on his way to our house. He first had to identify why there was no water. It turns out the water heater had been leaking for some time but not noticed because the drain pan was also leaking. He replaced the water heater and discovered that the leaking water heater had caused the well pump to overload. He notified me and we were able to get a well company out to address the pump. The plumber called me back later to check on the outcome. He had worked on our water issue for 5 hours on a Sunday holiday and because of his commitment, thoroughness and concern, our guests were able to complete their stay. We would highly recommend 72 Degrees AC/Htng & Plumbing in Fredericksburg Tx.

72 Degrees got someone out to me quickly. They sent a photo of my Tech, so I knew who was showing up at my house before they arrived. My tech was extremely informative, and I never felt like he was just tacking on costs. He gave me his option and best options available, very professional. I would recommend using this company for your AC diagnosis, and repair options.

Joey Hernandez, the service technician that came to my home, was simply put phenomenal! His professional attitude coupled with his interpersonal communication skills is to be emulated by all 72 Degrees employees. Enrique was fantastic. On time, polite and knowledgeable-able to converse in manner that we had confidence in what he told us. He helped us understand the ecobee thermostat better and also helped us with maintenance tips with these newer model equipment.

Have been using 72 degrees for 22 yrs. Began in Fredericksburg when Boone Shneider owned and was called Schneider's refrigeration and a/c. I moved to medina, TX in 2016.
A wonderful man as is his son Brad! We call him Daniel Boone. I really cant describe how incredible this man is.
Things have changed since the company has sold but none the less I appreciate the service I receive. They don't come out as quickly as they used to but I understand the business is growing! Good job! Majority of the techs are great. But they weed out the ones who are not. Very very few. Only actually one that I experience. Robert is great but not doing on site any longer. Christian is great. And others. Do not recall their names. This past Friday had my summer check with Austin and my last winter check. This young man man is so amazing in so many ways. He goes the extra mile as others have in the past! But Austin. Wow! Thank u Austin! Thank u 72 degrees. I am blessed! Praying u appreciate your employees and treat them right! Thank u.

Austin S. was our tech for our annual HVAC /AC inspection. He was great, was here when he said he would be, asked us if there we had any concerns with the system before he started his inspection and listened carefully to our questions. He went to work and was incredibly thorough. Our system was in good shape. He recommended one minor repair and knocked it out quickly, along with an additional improvement to our system that we wanted. Now our system is operating at peak strength. We would recommend 72 Degrees every time. Thank you Austin S. for everything.
