We were looking at updating our thermostat and to extend AC ducting to another room. Christian was very knowledgeable and informed us of all the options. We agreed that 72 degrees annual membership was the right move for us with quarterly system checks with discounts on products. Christmas climb through the attic to be able to give us a proper quote on the AC extension. Currently waiting on bid for extension of AC.

Adrian was punctual, professional and efficient. He did what needed to be done--no more, no less. The cost included two units.

We had Shelby from 72 Degrees at our home to repair a leaky kitchen faucett and in the master bath replacing the shower faucett and showerhead. Shelby did an excellent job, we are very pleased with the results. Thank you.

My heat pump was not working very good in the cold weather 20-30 degrees at night. I called 72 Degrees and the owner came out the next day. Brad took a look at my system, an intertherm heat pump system.
He advised me the system installed when our home was built, was sub par . Brad explained in terms that I understood. He made good sense. It ended up we need a larger system. When our home was built the house the builder installed a substandered system.
Brad walked me thru getting a very good Carrier system.
The technicians showed up 2 days later to install a new system. Larry, Eric and Heber. It took only them 6 hours to remove the old system (which I saved for my man cave) and installed the new Carrier system. The techs did an awesome job and were very professional.

When they were all done Heber explained the use of the system. 2 hrs since the system has been installed it works GREAT. NO COLD spots from room to room. Now I will see how much our power bill is going down

72 Degrees was a tremendous help during our emergency with a busted pipe due to the freeze. Their customer service is wonderful and Shelby Woods did a fantastic job!

Austin was very attentive to checking everything needed & straightening the cover on the unit - it had fallen off & I didn't realize what that loud noise was a while ago, as I don't go up on the attic. He replaced a pad that needed replacing & exchanged filters on the HVAC unit. He explained everything he did very well!!
Awesome job & all was fine til I need to filters changed or the A/C uinit set up for Spring/summer.
