Throughout the process, everyone was very timely, helpful and friendly. I talked to the scheduler for a sales appointment on a Thursday morning, and the owner of the business was at my house early Thursday afternoon. He confirmed the diagnosis of my air conditioner (which he did not have to do) and provided a sales price for a new heat pump. The installers were here on time and completed sooner than originally communicated. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience.
