From the initial phone call to inquire about or schedule service, 72 Degrees has been a pleasure to work with since we moved to the area four years ago. Darrell has serviced our heating and air conditioning more than once and was here this week to check the ac before the hot summer season. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, answers our questions or concerns, and respects our home. Thank you!

The repair service we received was good, fast & efficient. The service man Darrell knew what equipment to use and solved the problem right away. There was a clerical issue that arose later. The General Manager himself contacted me to explain what he was doing to solve it and that also was resolved promptly to our satisfaction.
I believe that had I requested a free repair description & cost estimate before service work began, I could have avoided the clerical issue and I recommend an up front repair & cost estimate on any service job from any agency. There is often an analysis required in identifying a problem that could result in a labor charge. Do what you can to ask questions & clarify.

Robert Delgado, my service technician, was excellent! He showed up promptly to the scheduled service appointment and went quickly to work. He analyzed my system, found the problem, and repaired it. He then asked if he could go into a little deeper analysis of my system to check for any projected problems in my 14 old system. He did find a few problems which need to be addressed and we discussed options for possible long term solutions. He was personable, professional, and informative throughout the service appointment. Every aspect of my interface with Robert and 72 Degrees was extraordinary.

Only took 12 minutes from doorbell to back in van I have a 14 year old unit so I was expecting at least an evaporator cleaning or even needing a new unit but to my surprise he said all good didn’t even have to go look at outside unit he did stay in van for about 15/20 minutes after saying goodbye and he was so nice and very adamant about leaving a review and kudos to the company for giving him a bonus for 5 star reviews

Had our heat pump serviced today by Darrell. We knew that the unit was running excessively. Darrell took the time to find the leak in our system and repair. Most techs probably would have said it's a slow leak, recharged the system and been on their way. Darrell took the time to find the leak, repair and test the suction to ensure the leak was fixed before recharging the system. I would recommend 72 Degrees as they were recommended to me by a friend and lived up to the recommendation.

Scott called to let us know when he'd be here and arrived when he said. He took care of removing our hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. There was no mess left behind. Scott was very pleasant and professional. We would welcome his return in the future if we needed additional service.

We had to call 72 degrees on Saturday. The scheduler was very polite and helpful! She had someone out that day. Mr. Darrell Chumchal was the technician who arrived. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and quick. He had us up and running in no time

Dave arrived promptly and evaluated problem with A/C. I was told by a previous technician I needed to replace blower motor but Dave said no evidence the fan motor was bad; only the old capacitor which had been replaced.
I also requested he do a complete all systems checkup inside and outside since no previous service in 22 years! He identified and replaced a failing part in condenser unit which should pre-emt
future problems. Appreciate his patience in answering all my questions. A shame you made him come out on a Sunday! Ron Leifeste
