Had 72 Degrees out for our yearly check of our system. Damian came out and did a nice job and even came a little earlier than the projected arrival time. He checked our system and came down from the attic with a video for us to see what he had discovered needed repair. We were able to get our replacement part in just at a week. Damian came out and replaced the part and was very professional and polite and properly attired for Covid times. We will use them again and recommend to others to call them for service.

August in Texas can be brutal, so you can imagine my delight when I called 72 degrees with an issue and they said they'd send someone over immediately! Not only did they arrive within a couple of hours but they fixed the issue quickly, they even explained how the previous owner had set up the zones on the nest thermostats. I'll never use another AC company as long as I'm living in the Hill Country.

I purchased the Indoor Air Quality System (Air Ranger and UV Light) to control allergens, dust and mold spores, just to name a few. I love it! The entire process from the sales presentation (Brad) to installation (Damian) was professional, efficient and very pleasant. You can tell that everyone loves their job at 72 degrees and I love that. Randall came out on an emergency call to fix our a/c which had suddenly stopped cooling. He was super FAST to respond and diagnosed the problem right away!! Had us back up and running the very same day! Highly recommend!

I own an air bnb and my air conditioner went out on Friday with guests inside! They came after hours and fixed the problem and their maintenance problem has helped me ever since. Damian did a great job explaining everything to me.

Called over the weekend and was offered emergency service. Declined and set up for a call back Monday, that happened and tech was readily available. Called on route and showed on time.

On Mon. 7-27-2020, Hayden and Juan from your office installed a new AC/Heat Pump in our residence. We were VERY impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and politeness. They were very diligent in leaving the work place clean when their job was completed. These two young men are excellent representatives of your company.

Tyler Winton from 72 degrees inspected our two air conditioners in Fredericksburg yesterday. He was very detailed, explained everything he did, asked how we used the two units, and did a very thorough inspection of the drainage pipe with additional suggestions. I was very impressed.

The guys at 72 degrees saved the day! Our a/c went out in the beginning of July. Damien came out and serviced the unit and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. We decided to get a new unit and Richard was straightforward and receptive to our needs. Miguel and his team continued to go above and beyond to install our new unit and talk us through every part of the process. If we could give all the employees more than 5 stars, we would. I cannot even count how many times 72 Degrees has completely saved our bacon! We have numerous short term rental properties and the AC always goes on the fritz.... on Friday afternoon right as guests check in! Twice recently we had to call 72 Degrees to come out to two of our older properties and they got us up and running quickly. They not only proposed a long term solution, they also came up with an efficient stop-gap solution to cool down the house for our weekend guests. The owners and all of their employees are extremely professional and just so knowledgeable. We also sell real estate and whenever we have questions about the HVAC needs of a property we are about to sell... we ALWAYS reach out to 72 Degrees. If you're looking for true professionals, you can't go wrong with these guys!

We’ve been customers since their Schneider Refrigeration days and are consistently pleased with their products, service and installation. There are certainly cheaper options out there but “you can’t stop a Trane”. At times the service has been inconsistent as, like a lot of contractors these days, they have a hard time finding quality help but the hit a home rum with Jonathon. He’s showed us things about our high dollar units we were never told before and has changed filters and UV bulbs we didn’t know were part of the unit(s). We ask for him by name now! The last visit he was showing Alex the ropes so I hope Alex pays close attention. Thanks Jonathan and to 72 Degrees.

I had a great experience with Jonathan. He was on time and explained everything he would do. After he finished he explained what he had done, what potential issues he found, and what the consequences of those issues might be. He also explained options I have as an ongoing 72 Degrees client. At this point I'm very impressed with the way 72 Degrees operates and will use them exclusively for my HVAC needs as long as the good service continues.

I had to replace my outdoor and indoor units and 72 Degrees was the right place to go. Roy and Adrian did a fantastic job with the installation and were super professional. I would definitely call on them again.

Our AC went out the Thursday night before the Memorial Day weekend. We've had our AC patched for the last 20 years and the technician, Randall, recommended a complete replacement on Friday morning. We certainly understood that this was the case, but we were also aware that the holiday weekend was approaching and didn't know if we were going to have a very hot weekend in our home.

Friday afternoon, Brad showed up and compassionately and professionally helped us choose an appropriate unit for our home and secure financing. A call went out for volunteers to install for us at some point over the weekend, and Miguel and Juan answered the call!

Miguel and Juan arrived Saturday morning, about 45 minutes EARLIER than their 9am appointment time. They effectively, professionally and efficiently got our new unit installed and we had a much cooler home by noon!

My wife and I are extremely grateful to Miguel and Juan for sacrificing part of their holiday weekend for us. You will never know how much you blessed us to not have to suffer through a hot weekend! THANK YOU!

I received a text letting me know that Randall, from 72 Dregreed, was on his way. Randall was here to do a Spring check-up on our AC. A short time later, Randall arrived and introduced himself and why he was here. We showed him where our AC unit was and he went to work. He told us about a drip pan cleaning strip that, when moistened, releases a cleaning solution to keep the drain clear. He asked us if we would be interested in having one and we said “Yes, please.” This way, we don’t have to pour bleach into the drain to keep it clean and clear of debris. He finished his inspection and declared us ready for this Summer. I wrote him a check and thanked him. He explained the receipts that he gave us and asked if we had any questions. We did not and he thanked us and was on his way. Very professional, and polite. AND yhe cleaning strip was just what we needed to have one less thing to do for ohr AC. Thank you, 72 Degrees. I will be recommending you to all my friends and neighbors.😋
