Brad showed up for our appointment right on time. He gave me a quick overview of his services and then inspected my old HVAC system both inside and outside. Also inspected the duct work. He gave me an honest assessment of my current system and made recommendations.
Brad gave me several options to choose from and left with his card. Within a short time I had estimates for review sent to my email address. There was no pressure or rush for a decision and I really appreciate that aspect of the company.

I found my thermostat totally black after turning my temp from 78 down to 73. I'd been gone a week so when I got home I wanted to cool it down. I called 72 Degrees they said it would be a priority call and the followed up with an email. Praise the Lord I had a room air conditioner that I used over night. Christian called at 9 a.m. and said he'd be here around 9:30. I was sent an email that showed his picture and a bit about him. I was impressed by the heads up. When he got here he was friendly and professional. He was able to answer my questions and he was an educator not salesman. He was here to diagnose and fix this issue. He did that more and I trusted him to purchase a years worth of.swrvixe for both my AC and heat pump and plumbing.
