Christian is a very attentive person. Explained immediately the problem of my a/c system. He is knowledgeable about it.

Robert and Joel were here early and got right to work on my unit. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem and did a thorough check of the entire unit, which had a Freon leak. He discovered that the leak was a small leak that was due to a bad flare from the initial installation. Fixed, recharged the coolant and tested the operation. It’s like brand new now. I highly recommend 72 Degrees for your problems. I would have sent them home with flowers from the garden but I only had cactus blooming. They certainly deserved a better flower.

AC unit went out after a severe storm. I called 72 Degrees and they dispatched a technician to my house within the hour. He located the fault as a mere tripped breaker and reset it. Outstanding response time and service!

Just wanted to say what a great job 72 Degrees Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing - Texas and Mr. Jesus Morales did today in repairing my A/C unit. I called the 24 hour customer service last night at 9:30 pm. They said they would get someone out in the morning. By 10:00 am got a message Jesus was on his way. He was extremely professional and very well educated (trust my evaluation, former controls/robotic engineer for several years). He got to work and addressed the problem quickly! He had all the needed parts with him. Can’t say enough great things about his work, manners, and professionalism. He has definitely earned all my future business.

When my AC cooling system failed to cool properly I immediately called 72 Degrees to ask for a service call as soon as possible. They scheduled a technician to come out and look at the unit the same day and contacted me before arrival. David Garza quickly assessed the problem and within two hours had replaced the faulty parts and cleaned and checked the entire AC system. An excellent professional technician who was both courteous and knowledgeable and who made the repair process a positive experience. My sincere thanks.
