Our tech came by for a water heater clean out. Our unit was loaded with lime debris from our hard water. Eric did a fabulous job putting the unit in a healthier condition all the while in making it safe for us.

The technician, Christian, was very knowledgeable. He explained the problems with the furnace/air conditioner very thoroughly. He even showed pictures of the inside of the unit, using his phone camera to clarify his points. I am glad to know the seriousness of the problems, and will consider the purchase of a new furnace/air conditioner in the future.

We had an unexpected toilet water leak. They got a plumber out that afternoon, who fixed the problem. Very prompt, professional and reasonable.

Christian did a great job of inspecting my A/C and showed me
the problems with my A/C and what needed repairing or replaced. He was courteous and professional and asked me twice if I had any concerns with the unit (before and after maintenance). He also, at my request, notified a knowledgeable salesman (Richard) who promptly showed up to notify me of the costs of repair and of replacing the entire unit. Due to the age of the system, I opted to replace it entirely. I also talked to him about our split unit and arranged a reasonable cost maintenance program for as well as the new unit. Richard was also good enough to leave us his own portable unit for use in our bedroom. It was a life saver, indeed. The gents who came out early two days later to install the unit were very courteous, efficient and thoughtful in their service. I was quite pleased with the entire process from beginning to end.
