Robert was very professional and knowledgeable!! He explained what needed to be replaced and why. It was nice to be able to see him checking the thermostat, the attic, the unit outside, and watching him replace the capacitor and the contactor. He suggested I have all the ducts cleaned out and possibly get new vents. I will look into this after the first of the year.

Enrique was very professional. He showed up and did all he could do to help with the project. Unfortunately it had to do with the thermostat that is no longer being installed by the company due to its lack of longevity and working for customers.

72 degrees replaced my entire AC system this summer. Brad was great to work with and super informative. He had mentioned it would definitely save us on our monthly electric bills. It's been a month and a half sense the switch and my thermostat report shows the AC unit cooled for 12 hours less YoY, about $120 in savings. actual proof it did lower our expenses. Huge shout out to Brad and the 72 degrees team for their help and guidance during a pretty stressful time. I love the new system!
