The technician, David, arrived on time. He worked quickly and cleanly giving me a bit of an education about HVAC systems along the way. He addressed the problem I called above plus noted a part that was wearing out but did not need immediate replacement.

I asked him to replace it anyway. When it came time to add up the bill, David located and applied a coupon that I didn't know about which saved me substantial money.
