Working on our mini split is not an easy job with it being over 7 feet in the air outside, but he takes it all in stride, and absolutely takes his time to make sure every detail is covered. The 72° Tech was here right on time and diagnosed the main issue, which was a blockage of the cold air from the AC Unit where it entered the Den. Now that the Cold Air has been rerouted I can feel the Cold Air on my body as I sit on my couch! All this with an Old Beach Towel rolled-up and placed Behind the Top Fen of a Swordfish. It's working So Well I am going to turn the AC down again! Well no worries it just shutdown on it's own. Now I can expect a Lower Electrical next month and less monitoring of this one AC Unit trying to keep it cool in my Den!

When my usual AC company told me on Wednesday they couldn't get to me until Friday, I decided to call someone else. I picked 72 Degrees because of their Google rating. I called at 6 p.m. not really realizing what time it was. I was stunned when they said a tech would be out that evening. Robert got there about 7:30. Changed out the capacitor and I had AC. Guess who my new service company is now? 72 Degrees.
