I had two technicians come out regarding my semi annual maintenance on my AC system. The first technician made a mistake so my air was not working. The second technician came out and quickly assessed the error and fixed it. Both technicians were very polite. The second technician was very knowledgeable in addition to being professional and polite. Errors can happen to anyone so I give 72 Degrees the highest rating for quickly fixing the error. I would recommend them to others. The customer service person on the phone that I dealt with was sympathetic and helpful.

We had 72 Degrees install a dual zone mini split system in our barndominium this winter. Recently, we has them come out to do a water heater flush and check up. Both jobs were performed professionally and the results have been outstanding.
